John Hey – Partner and Founder

John Hey began his career with the former D.C. Hey Company in 1973.  He later became president and owner of the company in 1985.  He was responsible for growing the business from $5 million to over $170 million in sales with more than 1,250 employees.  In addition, John completed more than a dozen acquisitions.  John founded Strategic Business Associates with John Hanson, his former CFO, in 2001. 
Todd Johnson – Partner
Todd joined Strategic Business Associates on February 1, 2010. For 13 years, he held various positions with Global Imaging Systems, Inc., ending with Senior Vice President - Acquisitions, before and after it was acquired by Xerox.  He was involved in all 80+ acquisitions made during his tenure there.  Prior to Global, Todd worked as an industry consultant.  Before that, Todd was a US Marine Corps Officer.  He earned a B.S. degree in management from the Pennsylvania State University.

Paul Mosley - Partner
Paul joined SBA in September, 2021.  Paul held a variety of leadership positions over his 38+ year career in the Imaging industry.  These include various sales positions, President of Eastern Copy Products, President of the Conway Group of New England, and most recently, Senior VP of Field Operations for Xerox Business Systems.  Paul has a proven track record in driving profitable growth through detailed sales process, operational efficiencies, and disciplined management.
